GOOD NEWS in Las Vegas! New Home Builder DR Horton to build hundreds of new homes on 38 acres formally zoned for casino resort.
DR Horton, one of America’s largest new home builders, has purchased 38 acres on Las Vegas Boulevard South at Starr Avenue where they will build hundreds of new homes creating new communities. This is welcome news for the Las Vegas economy and will provide many new construction and supporting jobs. DR Horton paid $14.25 million, about $374,000 an acre.
